Allison Weir

Allison B. Weir, MS, LMFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who brings a positive and empowering approach to her clinical work. She assists clients in identifying their unique self-worth in order to facilitate their growth and healing.

As a mother of six adopted children, Allison has vast experience in the joys and struggles of parenting. She strives to help others build healthy attachments within couples, families, and parent-child relationships. She also uses an attachment approach in her work with children and teens. 

Allison is the Co-Director of LifeSTAR of the Central Valley. She specializes in working with the partners who have been affected by the compulsive sexual behaviors of their spouse/partner. She enjoys helping women heal from Relationship Betrayal Trauma and infidelity as they strengthen their own self-worth and values.

Allison is a graduate of Fresno State’s Master’s program in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling. She earned a BA degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of San Diego. She also serves as a Research Associate at Fresno State’s Fresno Family Counseling Center.
